We have started to tackle our kitchen and give it a face lift. We have removed some of the soffits, fixed the tiling, fixed the ceiling where the soffits were, and ordered the new counters. I feel like we have done so much but there is so much yet to be done. So all my energy goes to prepping, cleaning, sanding, wiping, staining, dusting, etc. Our lives are in full reno and are without a kitchen sink and dishwasher until the new ones get installed. Hopefully in a month we will have it 100% done!

Such exhausting work. It will be so satisfying when it's done though. Good luck with no sink or dishwasher. Woof!
