Caroline is now 4 1/2 and is full of surprises. I feel like Caroline gets the shaft sometimes because are focus is constantly on our high energy boy and the two babies. But what I love most about Caroline is that she is okay with it. She is contempt to just sitting on the couch and playing with a handful of toys. But she is constantly surprising us when she does come out of her shell. Here are some other things we love about Caroline:
- She is constantly wanting to have friends over. She is a social butterfly and is a daily broken record of wanting to call a friend to play.
- She loves dance class. I love that this is only for her (we do focus on her sometimes!) and she loves to put on her pretty dance clothes every week.
- She loves to decorate. Whether it is her fingernails, a gingerbread haunted house, or the food on her plate she loves to make everything look pretty.
- She does not like to be told what to do. Tommy is pretty good about doing things when he is told. Caroline does not. She complains about making her bed, cleaning up her toys, etc. It is a daily struggle to have her do her part happily.
- She likes to be modest. She will dress in her closet so that we wont see her naked.
- She loves to kiss. Whether it is me, Katherine, or neighbor friends she is constantly giving people kisses. Cute now but will not be cute in 10 years.
