So far this December we have a had head lice with hours spent shampooing, picking, and treating hair. A HUGE scare with Emily and her lymph node. It swelled up to the size of a golf ball and we were on pins and needles waiting for lab results and luckily it looks like it was just some sort of viral/bacterial infection. It is still enlarged but only slightly and seems to be reducing in size very slowly. And last Tommy got his tonsils out. We are on day 3 of his recovery and so far he is tolerating everything well. The hardest part is forcing him to take the medicine but other than that he is very contempt to sit and watch TV all day. Hopefully he will be ready to go once Christmas Break is over with.
This December has really been a doozy. But we are surviving well and managing to keep on top of things.

Wow, LICE that is so scary! I'm freaked out by lice, and it gives me the chills just thinking about it! Hope spring brings better things your way!
