Christmas Festivities

All Katherine wanted for Christmas were her two front teeth!

 Our Christmas Eve traditions that we have started are to make sugar cookies for Santa, have take out Chinese for dinner, and then go drive around and see Christmas lights.  This year was great and we even had Tommy leave his recovery couch to join in the decorating.  Christmas Eve is devoted to just our family and we love being able to start our own traditions and have some quality family time.

Christmas morning.  Christmas this year was great.  Katherine decided she wanted to pull two all nighters starting on Christmas Eve but even with two sick babies and Tommy recovering from his surgery we were able to enjoy Christmas.  Christmas day is always hectic.  As soon as we are done opening presents we have to hurry to the Cannons for a Christmas breakfast and after that a lunch at the Christensens.  It is hard to be away from home for the majority of the day on Christmas.  Hyrum and I both agreed that the magic of Christmas ends at 5pm and then it is just plain painful and tiring to pick up the pieces from such a crazy day.
