We have been into summer mode after our trip and have loved the lazy mornings and picking our afternoon activity of choice attitudes. Even though I feel like my kids are gerbils and move their clutter from one place to the next, a messy house and the work of summer is worth it to see the kids happy and enjoying childhood. The other night we fired up the ice cream maker and the kids along with our neighbors loved it!
