Today is Emily's FIRST Birthday!! I can't believe it has already been a year since she was born, her first year of life was a huge one for our family: going to zone defense, a new practice, the loss of Kevin, and a surprise pregnancy. It is amazing that we were able to make it through this year and having our happy, smiley, baby Emily definitely helped keep our attitudes up. To celebrate being 1, Emily was able to play with her Birthday present without her siblings, having mac-n-cheese for lunch, and instead of a Birthday cake she choose her very own Cutler cookie. She will have Birthday cake tomorrow and with a sick Mom that will have to do.
Things we LOVE about Emily:
- She loves to snuggle. She will give most anyone a hug, loves to cuddle with her blanket, and will constantly put her head on my shoulder.
- She loves french fries.
- She loves to play with Tommy and Caroline and needs to be involved in all of their action.
- She loves to play the piano.
- She says Hi whenever you walk in a room or when she turns a corner.
- She loves to play outside and go on walks.
- She constantly says "Dada" and will imitate "Peek a Boo".
- She loves to bother Caroline. It doesn't matter how many toys are out, she is only interested in what Caroline is playing with.
- She hates it when I am on the computer. She wants to be on my lap and slamming the keys but I wont let her and she doesn't like that, at all!
- She loves baths.
- Of course, we love her hair. Even though it is a beast to fix it everyday and have her wiggle they entire time, we love it!
