- She is very quiet and shy. At the dinner table we always are getting frustrated with our others kids about talking to loud, sitting down and not getting distracted, and eating properly. And then there is Emily, she is the golden dinner child and sits quietly, eats properly with her silverware, and finishes most of her food. She is a breath of fresh air and our favorite child when it comes to mealtime. Her favorites are spaghetti, strawberries, pizza, and turkey sandwiches.
- She loves to watch shows. Umizoomi, Paw Patrol, Kate and Mim Mim, Daniel Tiger, etc. Her favorite spot in the house is cuddled in a blanket on the couch.
- She always praises people, "_____ is the best!", answers questions with "oh yes", thinks that going to bed and sleeping is "boring", likes to use the expression, "oh bubble nuggets", and loves to say "hooray".
- She loves to play with Katherine and they true buddies, she also loves to play with Caroline and has started to love drawing at the table with her. She has recently learned to write her name and now loves to write letters all of the time.
- She is still terrified of dogs. She has warmed up to and become comfortable with the rabbits, baby chickens, and Cora our cat.

Happy Birthday Emily
Emily turned four on March 17th! Our St. Patrick's birthday girl and a few requests to make her day special, she wanted a picnic at the park and a big box of little chocolates. She was very lucky to get both of her requests!! She woke up with her favorite blueberry waffles, then Grandma came to visit and we went to the park for our picnic lunch, had her box of chocolates for dessert, went to Chuck-a-Rama for dinner, had Dad home to help her with her new roller skates, and had her strawberry cake to end the day. She is such a sweet, quiet, funny girl and it was fun to celebrate the whole day with her. Here are the things we love about Emily:
